One Dime At A Time Saves Lives Program

Ground Zero is determined to provide the necessary services to this population to get them back on their feet again. One way we're trying to do this is through our One Dime At A Time Saves Lives program.

We will provide bottles to local businesses and school to collect dimes to raise funds to help us provide vital services to our homeless community. Simply drop your spare dimes in the bottle provided and when filled, it provides us with $100 to go towards things like food, education, housing, medical care, and so much more.

For more information or to volunteer please email groundzerobkn2soc@gmail.com.

All Things Are Possible

Marchal L. Taylor, Director & Founder of Ground Zero Back N2 Society, a non-profit

Marchal is passionate about the well being and needs of others. Marchal grew up in New York, where as a young girl, her family recognized the incredible gift she had in dealing with people. Her passion has, in her adult years, connected and inspired her to go a step further in the realm of homelessness. There have been many tasks Marchal has accomplished in her years of assisting the community at local churches throughout Central Florida, the local Boys & Girls Club of America, the many nursing homes, and meals from different shelters and organizations.

Marchal also volunteered for homeless veteran stand downs, handing out clothes and care packages, helping with fundraising to assist with the youth as well as the homeless. She strongly believes, through her spiritual beliefs, all things are possible.

Marchal also believes that a city is built by people in the community. By being a leader she intends on bringing different groups together and working towards one goal of helping the homeless. Ms. Taylor also feels that the more we can decrease homelessness the better we can all rest with peace at the end of the day. The journey is long but is has begun.

She says her strength comes from above.
